Geomorphic Assessment

In order to yield a more complete picture of how land forms and processes interact, many field efforts require a combination of instrument deployments and geomorphic assessment techniques. EDS offers the following techniques:

• Creek and river high flow monitoring and stage/discharge curve generation
• Bedload and suspended sediment sampling
• Sediment core extraction and lithology characterization
• Sediment Evaluation Table (SET) installation and monitoring
• Seabed classification
